Exhibitor Opportunities at BHEP
A major component of the Black Health Empowerment Project event is an afternoon Health & Fitness Expo. This three-hour segment is designed to be the most interactive part of the free community health day. As the CBC Foundation seeks to raise awareness among African Americans about obesity and its negative impact on health, we recognize that local health-promoting agencies, service providers, and organizations play a vital role in this effort.

BHEP’s primary message is “Eat, Move and Test for Health.” By introducing or reacquainting attendees to local healthcare options and community resources, we seek to help them build a health support system that ideally remains long after the event concludes. The expo also highlights areas of health and wellness that extend beyond those directly linked to obesity and offers diverse information on the prevention, treatment, and management of diseases prevalent within the African American community.

We welcome the participation of health-related agencies/organizations, service providers, university departments, and community groups that are working to promote healthy lifestyle choices among African Americans. There is no cost to participate in the event. We simply ask confirmed exhibitors to register at least 10 of their patrons and clients for the event. Space is limited and fills quickly. The CBCF encourages interested parties to download and review our Exhibitor Prospectus for additional information.
