Hotel reservations can be made by calling the hotel directly or online at the hotel’s web site. Hotel online reservation sites can also be accessed through the ALC web site at www.cbcfinc.org. Select “ALC ‘11” then select “Hotels & Travel”.

Housing Deadlines & Cancellations

Reservations made after Monday, August 15, 2011 are not guaranteed to receive the ALC discounted rate and are subject to hotel availability.

Each reservation requires a deposit of one night’s room & tax. The deposit will be charged when the reservation is made and become non-refundable on September 12, 2011.  No more than two (2) reservations may be made in one name or guaranteed on one credit card.  Please contact your individual hotel for details.
