Reservations
Reservations are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Hotel rates do not include local taxes, which are 14.5% per room per night. To receive the conference rate, be sure to mention Congressional Black Caucus Foundation. Please have your credit card and any hotel rewards program cards ready at the time you make your reservations.  Hotel reservations can be made online or by telephone.

Hotel reservations can be made by calling the hotel directly or online at the hotel's web site.  Hotel online reservation sites can also be accessed through the ALC web site at www.cbcfinc.org. Select "ALC '12" then select "Hotels & Travel".

Housing Deadlines & Cancellations
Reservations made after Monday, August 6, 2012 are not guaranteed to receive the ALC discounted rate and are subject to hotel availability.

Each reservation requires a deposit of one night's room & tax.  The deposit will be charged when the reservation is made and become non-refundable on September 10, 2012.  No more than two (2) reservations may be made in one name or guaranteed on one credit card.  Please contact your individual hotel for details.
