Dr. Elsie Scott - Dr. Scott is president and chief executive officer of the Congressional BlackCaucus Foundation (CBCF) in Washington, D.C. Prior to joining CBCF, Dr. Scott served as deputycommissioner for training for New York City’s Police Department and executive director of theNational Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives (NOBLE). She has held senior rolesin the Detroit and Washington, DC police departments and the U.S. Department of HomelandSecurity. She has taught political science, urban studies and criminal justice at Howard, Rutgers,Central Florida and North Carolina Central Universities.

Bill Anderson, Radio Host/TV Contributor -- A noted media professional, Anderson servesas the morning drive-time host of “Wake Up With Bill” an influential talk radio program on900AM WURD. This experience has allowed him to gain invaluable insight into effectivelycommunicating with diverse communities. The broad range of topics and issues Andersonpresents facilitate his contact with recognized leaders from throughout the region. Bornand raised in the Mt. Airy section of Philadelphia, Anderson graduated from The GeorgeWashington University in Washington, D.C.

Bruce Burton, Entrepreneur - Bruce has enjoyed almost two decades of business success asthe owner of The Original Pretty Boyz Barber Shop. Along with that success, he has been aproponent of civic engagement throughout the Philadelphia community. Mr. Burton has beenlauded for opening his business doors to allow the REPRESENT Study at Drexel University to beheld as well as his ongoing work with the youth in the Philadelphia Public School system.

Al Butler, Radio Host - Al is the host of the Al Butler Show on 900AM WURD radio inPhiladelphia. Although he has been billed as the “Man to Change the Face of Talk Radio”, AlButler has proven over the past 10 years that his real strength is in entertaining, insightfuldialogue. From politics to entertainment, community activism to sports, Al Butler brings a freshperspective to the events of the day. Al has been recognized as one of Philadelphia’s “Peopleto Watch Under the Age of 40” and “Men Making a Difference”.
Berlinda Garnett, Producer WTXF Fox 29 - Berlinda is a Planning Editor for Fox 29 Television.She has been with the station since the 1996 inception of "Good Day," for which she also servesas a Producer. In this role, she has opened doors for many people including, the likes of Dr.Marc Lamont Hill, Dr. Argie Allen, Dr. Susan Taylor, among others. The Philadelphia native isa 1991 graduate of Temple University's School of Communications and Theater. She has alsostudied for her Master's of Theology Degree at Palmer's Theological Seminary.
