 The Congressional Black Caucus Foundation continued in its rich tradition of hosting a spirit-filled morning with its 40th Annual Legislative Conference (ALC) Prayer Breakfast from 7:30 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. on September 18 at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center.
