The Congressional Black Caucus Foundation, Inc. (CBCF) was established in 1976 as a nonpartisan, non-profit, public policy, research and educational institute. Our mission is to advance the global black community by developing leaders, informing policy, and educating the public. CBCF facilitates the exchange of ideas and information by addressing critical issues affecting communities; and by providing leadership development and scholarship opportunities to deal with social, economic and health disparities.
