2009 Annual Report
The Congressional Black Caucus Foundation is proud to present our 2009 Annual Report. The annual report reflects back upon CBCF 2009 which included: hosting African-American senior citizens who survived Hurricane Katrina; bringing 75 interns to Washington D.C.; making differences in communities with health initiatives; helping African Americans understand the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009; preserving African-American legislative history through CBCF’s own Avoice Project and MORE. The Leadership Institute for Public Service prepares the next generation to take its place in community service and policy development arenas. ALC 2010 Early Registration
Early registration has begun for the 2010 Annual Legislative Conference, taking place September 15-18, 2010 at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center located at 801 Mount Vernon Place, NW, Washington, DC, 20001. Each year thousands of elected officials, business and industry leaders, celebrities, media, emerging leaders and everyday Americans attend ALC and its dozens of policy forums, general sessions, massive exhibit showcase, job fair, book signings and networking opportunities.
