HealthMedia®, a Johnson & Johnson company, provides online health counseling known as Digital Coaching™. Leveraging the expertise of hundreds of health professionals across multiple disciplines, the program emulates a live face-to-face health coaching session. Individualized plans are designed for participants to promote positive behavior change in several key areas including nutrition, physical activity and stress management. The web-based sessions are confidential and accessible 24/7.

 

The American Diabetes Association created Project POWER to provide churches with a foundation for introducing diabetes awareness messages and healthy living tips to congregants. The curriculum includes educational workshops that provide lessons and activities for improving the health of church members living with diabetes, their families and the greater community.
