Camille J. Moore serves as a Congressional Black Caucus Foundation Energy Fellow on the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) where she covers economics, environment and issues related to the Baltic States. Previously, Camille served in the office of Congressman Anthony. G. Brown (MD-04). As a part of the legislative team, her portfolio included healthcare, financial services, science and tech, and transitioning service members. During her tenure, Camille drafted three original bills and passed two amendments within these issue areas. Most notably, Camille developed, drafted, and introduced H.R. 3175, The Homecoming Act, which will establish a strategic Commission to elevate HBCUs to higher research statuses and improve the HBCU-DoD relationship. The Homecoming Act will pass through the 2020 NDAA.
