Emanual Kimble was born in Cincinnati, Ohio. Emanual is a two-time graduate of the University of Cincinnati where he holds a Bachelor of Art in Political Science and a Master of Arts in Educational Studies. Growing up in the inner-city of Cincinnati, Emanual has committed himself to serving his community in various ways. As a scholar-practitioner, community leader, and educator, Emanual utilizes his knowledge and skills to aide in the growth and development of marginalized communities. Before arriving to D.C to serve as a Policy Fellow, Emanual worked in youth development through the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Cincinnati as an Educator Coordinator. Emanual had a passion to advocate for educational policy as well as social and economic policies to enhance underserved communities. Emanual is looking forward to “carrying the torch” during his experience on Capitol Hill, while fully engaging in the legislative process and uplifting others along way.
