On February 25, 2023, the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation, Inc. (CBCF) held a one-day summit to navigate through Tulsa’s long history, get informed about the current challenges facing Black Oklahomans, and think about the future as we imagine a vision for generational justice and liberation.
