Congressional Black Caucus Foundation Announces $3.75 Million from the Tracking Foundation

The Congressional Black Caucus Foundation, Incorporated (CBCF) today announced that the Tracking Foundation donated grants totaling $3.75 million from the charitable foundation established by philanthropist Stephen Feinberg to support scholarships and internships for African American and Black students.
